The United States Air Force Museum was almost hit by a tornado last night. A strong storm front swept through Indiana and Ohio, dropping Temps from the mid 60s to the low 20s.
The museum's restoration hangars were hit but the main museum, 0.6 miles to the west, was missed.
Damage to the restoration hangars was limited to 3 old gate guardians outside and windows and panels.
The oldest B-17 the Swoose was in the undamaged hangar next to the far right one.
