Anyone switched to a Quest 3 from Quest 2?

I was thinking of upgrading from Q2 to Q3.  Anyone have any experience on that?  Was it worth it?  AH is the only game I play.

The Quest 3 is much better than Quest 2 with both a higher resolution and larger field of view.
However, I did not have much luck using it with Aces High.
Using the native Oculus software, the image quality is degraded whether I used the airlink or usb cable link.

The aftermarket Virtual Desktop app that allows you to fully leverage the visual quality of the Quest 3.
But it uses SteamVR with Aces High, which doesn't work correctly.

I am using an AMD 7900 XTX gpu, so that may be part of the problem.
Maybe if I had an nVidia 4080 or 4090, it would look fine with the Oculus software and/or Virtual Desktop/SteamVR?

DCS World supports the OpenXR interface which works really well with the Quest 3/Virtual Desktop combination.
If would be nice if Aces High supported the OpenXR interface.
