Possible new squadron

I am looking at the possibility of trying to form a new squadron.  I know, there are too amny already!  I dont know if that is true but I have heard it said.:D  I want to take what may be a bit different tact for this though.  Veteran pilots are welcome, of course but I am looking to invite new players and less skilled pilots so that we may learn and improve together.

The command structure may be a bit odd also, as I plan to use a duelling ladder sort of thing to determine the chain of command, and any member may challenge his immediate superior to attempt to take his spot.

Whether interested or not, please take a look at this and give me your imput.

BTW, I fly knights in the MA.  I would rather not change, but could be flexible on the matter.

THe squadron is established, with 2 members and 1 more who may be on the way...if I can ever get him to sign up.

you can find either of us in the MA if you are interested.

We would also be interested in teaming up with other small obscure squads for joint ops.
