Vruth Replaces Yeager as FCO Allied Forces

Vruth has agreed to replace Yeager as Allied CO for next frame.  

All staffing issues have been fowarded to respective offices for a clean transition of force projection in theater.

The sooner the better. For me if I don't get them tonight my squad will not see them till 1 or 2 hours just before the frame. :(
