Hmmm, I beleive you may be mistaken! Canada has surrendered on many occasions!

The NHL is is a prime example - it now comprised of many "french speaking Canadians" who have surrendered thier Teams!
Canadians have surrendered large quantities of "Molson & Moosehead Beer" to ungreatful Yankee Hoser's!
Doug & Bob Mckenzie surrendered the instructions to the Canadian pass time of "Beer Hunter to the USA"
Canadians have surrendered the "exclusive rights" to Wayne Gretzky, John Candy (deceased), Jim Carry, Eugene Levy, Phil Hartman, Conan O'Brian, Alex Trebeck, Bob & Doug Mckenzie ....(where do I stop AAAAAAAA?)
