what ever happened to the nuclear war between india and pakistan??    did that stupid shrub guy use the much hated "US Foreign Policy" to stop it??   did algore really paddle that canoe or did he just float down the river?

No, India and Pakistan reached the same conclusions that USA and CCCP did back in the 50's and 60's: Launch nukes, you get dead.  Better to just simply outspend him on weapons and wait for his economic collapse.
