this was asked for before, but I would like to bring it up again, with the new hugh maps.
currently the purple txt (channel 3) will reach only those who took off from your field. with such a big world and 3 different fighting zones, most of what you want to say to playes in your area has nothing to do with the player on another silce.
or when looking at it from the other side, I'm not interested in reports such as "VH is up in AXXX" which is 150 miles away.
to make the comm. better without clattering the txt buffer I would like it if txt channel 3 would work like the voice range channel.
