Native TrackIR support for Aces High?

Does HTC plan to add native TrackIR support into Aces High. According to developers at Naturalpoint it requires a small .dll that games developers would find easy to implement into their products. Seems more and more sim pilots are using this device and Aces High already has mouse panning so would it be much work to write a specific .dll to get the most out of this unit?

Innominate> You don't have to move your head 1:1 to get the views to change. There was a screenshot of IL-2 demonstrating this but I can't find it so I'll try to explain. Look a your monitor and divide it up into 4 segements vertically. Now think of them labelled from the left A, B,C,D. When you move your head slightly to point A you could have this mapped so it gives you a six view or over the shoulder to your left view. B could give you a view left or 45 degree's front left and so on. Of course this is just a basic example you could have it split up further to give more views but that's how it basically works. Minimal head movement.

I've followed the progress of this device for a while and not read any negative reviews yet, the flight sim sites that have reviewed it such as SimHQ and Combatsim have had good things to say so it's not just another one of those cheesy 'fun at the time' controllers that gets used for 5 minutes then gets resigned to the back of the cupboard.

Ok, I have my Track IR set up to the mouse view.  I can't get it to work in the "keymapping" mode.  Are you able to use both modes, and if so how do you have it set up?

I have the TrackIR and it works great with AH. You map panning to the mouse, then map snap view, panning view, and a right mouse button key to your HOTAS. You can play with sensitivity and speed, and get it so if you turn your head to look near the edge of eth screen (maybe 15 degrees) you are checking six. Panning is accomplished by switching to pan and holding down the key mappe dto rmb. When I let up on that key it automatically snaps back to front view. Another click and I'm back in snap views or whatever.

I use it for looking around on misisons or even once you have the guy in your front quadrant and am lining up a shot. No problems switching back and forth and keeping yourself from becoming disoriented. I have a whole range of flight sims and even without native TRackIR support (i.e. no dll but just using mouseview) Three sims that TrackIR works great with are: AH, Il2 and Strike Fighters. It's easy intuitive, very freakin' cool, and cheap!

Ok, I have the Mode on the left set up to be the "-" key.  When I press the "-" key it changes the "keymapping" on the right to red.  I have the keymapping set up as keypad views in f9 viewing.  Trouble is it doesn't work.   Any ideas as to what the heck I am doing incorrectly?
