White screen thingy

Aight, when I try to run Aces High, my screen turns white, and in the top left corner is a green bar and some rings...that's about it.
Any suggestions on how to fix this? I'm runnin Windows 2000 Pro, if that makes any difference

Install win2k service packs
that'll fix it
