This last frame has been designed to avoid the problems of bases in the Black Sea Summer terrain having non-functional rearm pads. I personally checked all of the fields, only those small ones designed as a rectangle with the GV tents for hangers are faulty. In this design there is only one, A52, that the Germans can fly from (but obviously not rearm/refuel at).
Let slip the dogs of war, and be danged the man who first cries "Hold, enough!" (sorry William).

Frame 3 Russian CO: APDrone, Airmageddon Squadron (April 18, 2003)
Frame 3 German CO: AKNimitz, Arabian Knights (April 18, 2003)
Terrain: Black Sea Summer
Setting: August, 1943, southern Russian front around Rostov.
Action on the Russian Front has been heavy, many tanks, men and aircraft on both sides have perished in the Russian onslaught. The Red Guards units and the Panzer Grenadiers have met head-to-head in the Northern Front destroying many of the assets in the area. The fight in the North has each side exhausted and depleted, but this is the area where a breakthrough can bottle up the German Army in the Crimea. The Russians and Germans now look to break the deadlock in the North. Fresh fuel trucks, ammo trucks, APVs, tanks and guns flood into the area in anticipation of further heavy action. The Russians have patched up the remnants of the Black Sea Fleet but it is only hoping to get out of the area before it is lost completely.
As Russian bombers dwindle, the VVS receive a fresh infusion of American A20 bombers to augment their Bostons.
