whats this mean DLLHOST.EXE

While playing tonite my norton internet security poped up and gave me a message that DLLHOST.EXE is attempting to access the internet.  I blocked the attempt as I do not know what it is.  It is continuing to try to do it:  I have never seen this before tonite.

from the details it reads

C:WINDOWS\System32\wins\DLLHOST.EXE

I am running my virus check now.

In addition when using IE a search type engine pops up and the only way to get rid of it is to ctrl alt delete and shut down IE. It is a full page with no way to shut it down.

Figured it out, its the welcia virus, gotta go kill it now.
