==============================================

Spit V : FrameRates
-------------------------------

Tower - 45+
Runway - 35+
Just Sky - 148+
General Flight (1/2 ground 1/2 sky) - 30+->50+
Low Alt ground flying - 50s+
Flying with Clipboard - 30s+

Field Gun :
-----------------------------

Shooting at drones (just sky and drones) - 300+
Looking at ground objects on field - 60+->80+

Highest framerate in gun was 383

M-3
-----------------------------

Driving around, I got solid framerates from 40+->100+ ... New tree cover hurts ... LOL

Spit V over the ocean
-----------------------------

Solid 30+->80+ depending upon the objects in view. That too is flying around the CV group.

========================================

I have experience no crashes and/or freezes at all. The visuals are mindblowing. I saw this at the con but on my system it REALLY shines.

It will be interesting to see when the next Beta version shows smoke and explosions ... framerate-wise.

NICE JOB HTC !!!

hmmm - I have slower proccesor, and it's an AMD....

How are you even getting FPS over 60 - thought XP had a 60fps loc on refresh. I'm running at 1200x1600 true color (32).
Samsung 955df 19" monitor.

After I deleted the clip.cfg file I've had no problems, CTD's or other wise....just some of the graphics glitches, but no core probs.
My FPS are areound 40-45 level flight, but puling the trigger drops them down to 12...lol :) Good thing I dont use tracers :)

I have a geforce4MX440
P4 2.4ghz
512 megs of RAM

my framerate averages at around 30, not as good as the 70fps i have with the current AH, but it still makes the grade:aok

Waffle ...

Direct3D settings are:

SMOOTHVISION II

Anti-Aliasing = 4X

Anisotropic Filtering = 8X

Texture Preference = High Quality

Mipmap Detail Level = High Quality

Wait for Vertical Sync = Always Off

TRUFORM = Application Preference

I also have a SONY Trinitron Multiscan G500 21" set at 100Hz refesh rate.

I think the key is in the refresh rate that my monitor allows and "Wait for VSync" is off.
