I sure did Ramzey .. but after about the 10th post I skimmed through all the quotes and bold text.

I'm willing to revisit the discussion if you are. From what I remember....

1. A few players missed the frame as they showed up after it started. The set-up CM had a problem and fixed it as quickly as possible. I know from experience that nothing causes stress like an arena full of players and you have difficuly getting things running. If they were late that is their fault ... we even leave fields open for 15 mins ... so they must have been quite late.

I think that point is finished.

2. Website for events.

As you read in the other thread .. it is ongoing and due to several add-on requests and changes by CM's several remakes have been done. Look for it to be ready by the new year.

In the mean time ... contact squad CO's via this board and get their e-mail addy's. Write them down ... and they will be there when needed

Sound fair? We can post them but some CO's do not want their e-mail addy posted here for the spammers to see.

3. The admin stuff

I was not there and did not see the orders so do not wish to comment until more details are provided.

As a past Admin CM for squad ops I made several mistakes and LEARNED from each one. Countless times I was afraid to read this forum for fear of complaints.

I also must give credit to the CO's who caused me much stress by finding the loophole or doing something I did NOT think about ... there are some good planners out there.

After this I have no idea other issues there are so you can bring up more points if you like and we can get some results.

In the mean time ... if you have a problem with your orders from a CO by all means e-mail that person and tell them the problem ... CC the admin CM if you like and if it's a rules call then they can make the call.

Post here and bring it up ... that is what the forum is for. But do so with a level head and with an open mind.

rest was flame fet CM's trying defend his own positions and overall performance in SSO.
And poor lucull trying to point mistakes to prevent them in future Skuzzy: See here: this line adds nothing to the discussion and serves only to attack others: (btw. we war about that 8 months ago, and again looks like noone lisen)

here i can say, if you cannot handle , have no time step back from CM corps. If you are still voluntier, do what players like. CM can say som people like this kinde of setup, but PLS show me where they are? Stop experiments for chri.......... We fight about thjat 8 months ago, looks like old back again.

I am quite happy to discuss SSO with you Ramzey, but I don't understand your post.

I was not involved in the discussions 8 months ago and so cannot comment on that event.

I can tell you what has happened as a result of various issues that came up in the last while.

We now used standardised orders, so the orders you get from me are in exactly the same format as the Friday COs get. During this SSO I received no complaints about the orders and that includes from Lucull who was the frame 2 Axis CO.

The only non-standard item in the last SSO was the 10k alt limit. During side selection everyone had a chance to discuss this, only two squads were opposed to the use of this so we proceeded with it. I say again, I went with the majority view.

I received no email from any player during this event (other that regular Frame CO email).

One other point I will ignore personal attacks and all posts related to them. I find your comment that we should have to put up with personal attack totally unacceptable, no one should have to tolerate that.

If you have requests then lets hear them.

The design is the choice of the admin CM. He basically takes his idea and tries to make it as close as possible to the real thing. Substitutions are not always avoidable. After that they follow a set of guidelines as they run the event. Each admin CM has his own style but should follow the same steps.

IF you don't like the set-up post an idea or two in the forum as a squad op you would like to see.

I'm a little unclear on how I can show you where the people are. Perhaps a poll for the SSO players only? Aside from that as was pointed out in the other thread ... only a few players are voicing the complaints so it is assumed the rest are happy or do not care.

In a word ... NO. I work too many hours a week to do a proper job leading an event.

Ramzey, I know English is not your first language, and I try to take that into account, but outright attacks on members of the community will not be tolerated.
It is not helpful, it does not make anything better, but it does create angst and frustration. If you cannot make a post without making personal attacks, then I suggest you stop.
You want to have a discussion, then have one. But having a discussion does not every need to include personal attacks.

Keep that in mind.
