Pink Circles or Donuts
« on: October 20, 2003, 09:56:12 AM »
A while back I read in a post that there were going to be "Navigational" pink circles or "donuts" to help you "fix" you plane. Am I correct on this or is it only for Navigational purposes?
I think Fariz posted this......

Anyway, I couldn't find these features ANYWHERE in the beta.....

I hope this is coming with new patch.

I think the color you are referring to is actually Magenta, as used
on real world navigational charts. I think the circles actually refer
to the ribbons (pinkish) on the uniforms of the mechanics that Hitech is adding to the game. In this "don't ask, don't tell politically correct military, I am not going to ask what the ribbons are for as long as the mechanics fix my plane. They will fix your
airplane on the re-arm pad as well as massage your aching shoulders. ;)

I was under the impression that the pink donuts would be floating in the air at random places scattered about the map.  If you fly through one, your plane becomes indestructable for about 30 seconds, can go twice as fast, and your weapons become megadeath lasers that leave *****in trails of multicolored sparks. :D

Yeah, and some jingly, repetative music playing in the background which plays a chord every time you successfully fly through one!  :D  :rofl

I think it will cost something like 20 perks to do the repairs, the massage will be extra.

And you need the ACE account for this feature.

No fish here...

...ahh, there's still time.

Waffle, fishing should be a social thing.
