Still a crime that should have  been reported, particularly if this offender did it as an on-going business.  Scott should have demanded his money back, then double-crossed the dealer. :aok

It's called settling out of court... usually it works when your bad prettythang $600/hour SCREW 'em TILL THEY BLEED lawyer convences their Lawer his client is really going to get it up the icehole if they go to court.

yah it's legalized blackmail.

But with the do not call law... citizens can't file law suits only the FCC/FTC (whoever it is) can go after the Teletubies.
