Need some help on billing. Sent couple of e-mails to billing@hitechcreations.com, but it seems I get automatic responses.

Since this month my bank has stopped to authorize internet transactions on 'simple' 16 digit Visa CC number, and requires additional 3 digits code.

I tried to provide this additional code on HTC web site but it does not allow me to enter more than 16 digits.

Can I get help pls? My bank refers HTC bank has to know how to solve this. :confused:
