On a more positive note for HTC
« on: January 06, 2004, 12:28:56 PM »
Our freind and squaddie Ozkansas was laid to rest yesterday ,
Monday Jan 05/2004.

As you all know Toad was there when he passed on , well Rude gave the eulogy at his funeral and another Squad mate , Milo , was in attendance.

Point here is before AH Oz was just another soul living in Kansas.
Thru this game he --we made new and lasting friendships.

So even tho I certainly don't agree with some of the game play anymore--I'm gonna give HTC a salute for at least making Oz's life and death a lot easier cause of the Kansas guys.

I was gonna fly down but someone porked the fuel--even if they didn't -- couldn't make the next base any ways--to far apart.

HTC--Dale in particular:)

Rest in Peace, Oz.  My condolences to his family and friends, and my best to the 13th guys who were there for him in his time of need.

Aces High is a game, but it's also much more than that.  Some of my very best friends I've met through AH, and I doubtless would do the same for them what Toad, Rude, and the other 13th TAS did for Oz.  My heart goes out to all of you.

My condolences to his family and friends. Amazing how a game can bring people together, and have a lasting friendship.  Blue Skies Oz.
