No, they aren't.

Well, not unless LDV is a devout disciple of Joseph Goebbels, the man that once boasted: ‘Tell a big enough lie often enough and people will believe it’s true.’

There's absolutely no record of Bush being disciplined for AWOL. NONE.

There isn't even an Article 15 in Bush's record for being AWOL. I'm sure LDV recognizes the A-15 is the lowest form of non-judicial punishment in the UCMJ.

But there is an Honorable Discharge in his records. Surely and eminent military expert like LDV can explain how someone who is AWOL recieves an Honorable Discharge?

I've yet to see civil or criminal records the charge "cocaine addiction" either.

So you go, Joseph LDV.

ripsnort,

That must be the most patriotic and misleading article I've ever seen about US & Bush :D
It doesn't look at the other side of coin at all..

Whos article is that?  at the moment I could believe it was written by the whitehouse propaganda department created by Bush :D

Hey LDV,

I think Martlet was just looking for some proof to the accusation.  Googling 'Bush deserter' does bring up a multitude of hits, but all that I have seen is repitition of accusation, not proof.

To LDV, any accusation IS proof. Well, if it agrees with his personal preconceptions.

He likes posting his BS but he just can't ever seem to provide and documentation that proves his statements.

Because there isn't any.

Yeah, LDV, to me it looks like you studied Goebbels' techniques. That sort of stuff is about all you ever post.

I'd say you were pretty much a Weazel clone, except every once in a while Weazel could actually support and document his statements. So it wouldn't be fair to Weazel to make that comparison.

Oh and before you come back with the only thing you can spew right off the top of your head, I'm not saying you're a Nazi. Goebbels just happens to be the guy that is credited with the "say a big lie often enough" statement. So credit where credit is due. It has nothing to do with his political affiliation; if Dick Nixon had said it first, I'd have given him credit for it.

Oddly, when I pointed out to him that by using his logic, he was a deserter also, he got a little upset.

Lincoln had a plan ready to help the South out and rejuvinate their economy, but Booth killed him and the people in charge used that assassination to punish the South.

Ripsnort. Are you a "diehard" Republican or do you just like Bush?

:)
