Cool idea!  Had me thinking of joining until I saw that I actually had to try to survive my sorties.  Does that only apply when I fly a Yak in the Warszawa missions?

Sik:

Which side are you planning on running these missions from?  The 332nd has a couple of yak'ers and we might be interested, but after squad ops we usually fly CT as a group, but we may make an exception now and again.

Since most of our Plankholders fly for Rooks, we'll start off there.

Since the Shills are sort of the "founding" squad for 1.PLM, and we're country sluts, I'm sure we'll move around a little bit. I've had some interest from other players who's squads prohibit flying for other countries, but for right now, I want to stick with the country that gives us the most players.

Yes, it only applies to when you are actually flying in a Warszawa mission.

Pooh,
I'd like to have the P-39 Q and P-63 A-10. They are a missing piece of the planeset.

However be aware the 37mm in the 39/63 is not the same 37mm in the Yak. The American 37mm (both M4 and M10) is far inferior to the Soviet NS-37, the muzzle velocity is much lower. They really will be spud chunkers!

i find the yak-t a very fun plane to use

but i wish they used a 30MM for the plane no im not talking about a LW cannon just a RUSS 30mm or close kind of cannon

i find a 30MM takes a fighter down in 1 hit most often some times 2 depends on the aircraft and hit

the 37MM fires so slow that its hard to hit with

this is why i fly the 109G-6 more because the cannon fires faster and still has the power to kill in 1 hit and the fast firing can give you more hits much faster if you need it

and the yak-T would be a better fighter with a smaller cannon like a 30MM kind

Yak's suck IMO,  but to each his own,  while were on the subject of a great plane,  i cant fail to mention the C205.  I have spent alot of time in this plane,  great climber,  excellent diver,  good guns,  not a bad turner,  everything i usually need..  The only down turn seems its poor visibility out of the plane.
