Can't wait - I really like your other map. In fact after Big Isle - I LOVE your other map :D.

No offence to any Big Isle fans - I just ain't one of them.

the island in the center is a combination of furball island and tank town. there is a chain of 3 gv bases per side with 3-4 gv hangars! per base so 1 dweeb cant end the gv fun with a few bombs...

there is no spawn points in the center map, gv travel times are average 4 miles, 2 miles in the very center, basically instant gv fights with lots of fighters overhead. basically chaos. chaos is good. i know gv dweebs like to be left alone from fighter dweebs but ive seen what fights look like with tons of planes battling eachother and dropping bombs overhead and ground vehicles everywhere firing at eachother with flaks shooting at planes and nothing compares to the chaos and excitement of seeing everything thrown full force into the mix. frankly i cant wait that island in the center looks like a rush.

leaving them empty.

this is actually a 350x350 map on a 512x512 frame.

its best not to use the whole area which is too large. doing so stretches bases out to far and makes gameplay confusing.

lol, nice names... looking good...

one thing tho...

what would the fps hit be if say, 4-5 tg's closed within range?  even more so a question of the detail/fps hit involved with AH2...

a lot of the carriers are going to be just a carrier only, with no other ships in the fleet. im thinking three sizes of fleets...

small (carrier only, no support ships)

medium (1 CV, 1 CA)

large (1 CV, 1 CA, 4 DE)

im not going to add any CA fleets as the max amount of carriers are needed for the map. using up 3 for CA only fleets would be a waste
