CAG-44 Now Operational and looking for some targets!
« on: February 02, 2004, 11:00:51 PM »
CAG-44 has been formed within the game and is a combined Allied Air Group. We formed initially as a result of long discussions between the members of VF-17 and VF-27 and are now in the process of bringing onboard VBF-83 (formerly VF-84) as our fighter/bomber group. If any squadrons are interested in joining CAG-44 please contact either myself, Cmorum, Arlo of VF-17 or HiJacker, 1Duke1 or Slash of VF-27.

We are always in need of targets to shoot down and have fun with and hopefully we will see you in our sights soon! Good Luck!

I think he's trying to say that CAG 44 becomes an "official" entity on Friday with the start of a PTO setup in CT, but the main nights are going to be Tuesday and Thursday in opposition to some nazis.

Right you are Najdorf; CAG-44 goes official on Friday the 6th with the opening of the next CT setup which is a PTO theme. The main nights are still going to be Tuesday and Thursday as those fall on the same nights as squadron nights for VF-17 and VF-27 along with a few select Axis leather thong and rising sun headband wearers squadrons.

I've had several squads offer a spot, but I'm still playing hard to get Slash. :)

I like flying with the guys on both sides, and I like being able to switch back and forth without worring about killing squadmates. I can tell you that if I do join a squad, it will almost surely be USN/USMC since my Dad was CO of VMA-214 from '85-'87 so I have an affinity for the big blue planes.
