If you can't beat em...........hire their assistants! They tried to get our defensive backs coach, but they settled on our outside linebackers coach, Rob Ryan, as their defensive coordinator.

Raiders have also picked up Joe Avazzano (Dallas 1989-2001)as Special Teams coach. Coach Joe gets the job done.
