Got repeated CTD when loading less than 100% fuel with DT's selected on 109g10.

And I did notice that fuel burn isn't turned on for the g10.

I seem to be getting CTDs (with no error messages or anything in the Windows eventlog) when flying the b17.  Both times I was in external view mode and panning around.

Athlon 2400+ (OC to 2.13 GHz)
Radeon 9800 (happens with both Cat 3.10 and 4.1 drivers - haven't tried 4.2s)
