Lots. I looked at a few and ended up writing my own, but you might like whats out there. Go to sourceforge.net and search for book or cuecat and you'll find some good free ones.
Get a cuecat scanner (on ebay, they go for less then $10 modified (they need modification to output standard barcodes) so you can just scan your books in. The program I wrote sends the ISBN to Amazon to download the description, year, picture, etc.
