It appears that the Bf-109G10 has the upper hand on the allies this week while the other models are almost at a stale mate.

Bf 109G-10 has 340 Kills of P-51B
P-51B has 158 Kills of Bf 109G-10

G-10 isn't going to die much because the sissy's won't fight in it at all, and even the marginally sucky pilots that can recognize a bad situation can get out of it.  It is almost like La-7 vs whatever... the G-10 has the top speed, but more importantly the acceleration, to get out of any trouble the pilot can get it into.

cool..  in a 109g10 (usually with gondies, which does cut it's top end...

it seems no matter which side i fly, i always have to fly across the channel to a bunch of base huggers.

I dont think the G10 is all that dominating, its just the most numerous. The Allies seem to be split pretty evenly whereas the LW seems to mostly be in G10's. Heck, half the time I cant remember if I upped a G6 or G10 once im going. I've never thought while I was flying Allied that there was a big advantage in LW aircraft. But, then again, what do I know? :)

4 kills 2 deaths. Even in last months MA you are 1 and 1 (musta been an HO). Yeap, looks like a 2 to 1 loss so far!

would be better if went lighter (w/o gonds) more often and tried to live rather than try to kill

Im just relating what I see from my perspective, its not scientific but its what I see. I've got a better ratio in the G6 is you look at my numbers Hawk, I'm 14-1 in the G6, 6 in one sortie but that does not make it a better plane than the G10 with which Im 12-4. I'm also 24-12 in the P-47 but 6 of those were augers trying to kill panzers the first night at A1, so A-2-A I'm 24-6. Number are not always truth telling just as in last weeks set.

I am not claiming this is so, nor that I am one of this group, but is it possible for some reason that this week a disproportionate amount of well above average pilots are flying LW (and G10's)? The fact is the G10 is indeed running 2 v 1, but that is a symptom that does not necessarily (but very well could) reveal the cause.

I already explained why it has a much higher K/D.  For whatever reason you guys just didn't read my post.  

It is fast- faster than all the Allied planes on the deck.  

It accelerates a lot better than all the Allied planes.

So, if you are ultra-cautious (figure 90% of the population), you will never die in it.  

Even if you have the balls to get slow and fight (and the G-10 will outfight the P-51 and P-47, and a P-38 if the 109 gets real slow real fast), you can QUICKLY get up speed running speed should 2 or 3 Allies show up expecting an easy cherrypick.

Sure, the P-51B is right around the G-10s speed (maybe 5-10 mph slower on the deck, with the gap closing as you climb), but if you get slow in a fight with a 109 and 3 or 4 other LW planes show up.... you can't run.  You can't get going fast enough to out-run them, whereas the G-10 can get the whole gaggle slow, then accelerate away.

I agree, as I do that all the time (get down low and slow and fight). I am not disagreeing with you, all I am saying is when I fly the G10 I dont say to myself the whole time "Self, holy crap this is a dominating plane, the allies have NO chance!!", what I say is "Self, did I up a G6 or a G10, I cant freaking remember?!?".
