ive been "clean" now since feb 1.

didnt think i would want one as bad as i do tonight cause i havent even been thinking about one for the last 3 weeks..

Today is bad

I quit May of last year, its harder than anything else because cigarettes are so easily accessible. Keep going, stay off that stuff... you're in the home stretch.

it sux big time i know... i quit once.

1 drag? its never enough. + it would hurt like HELL right to you.

eat something crunchy like doritos, and something spicy like hot salsa to give you some endorphins... you'll feel a tiny bit "high" and will relax the desire for a smoke.

im actually not sure about this but i may have had a puff or 2 last night but the last hour in the nightclub was a big blurr

My clothes smell of smoke but they always do when you go out.....gf has not complained about me smelling tho *pheuu*

dont matter, i have other "issues" with my body then smokes today..feeling kinda hmmm yuck
