Wasn't Scotland going to ban knives?  This will only accelerate the cause.  That poor robber would still be alive if that citizen hadn't had that sharp instrument in his home.  Heck, the murdering citizen might even have been killed, removing him as a menace to society!  

Good thing those law-abiding robbers didn't have a gun, because they're banned... err....

Actually, I think they replaced "The" with "Le", "La", and "Ye".
