Beta 22 F4u-1C Power plant bug

This is an off line bug but it may cause problems with online more later on.  

During off-line more the f4u-1c power plant is  absent any power under 160 mph.  This includes take -off which makes it amost impossible to get off the ground.    After reaching 160 - 180 mph the engine powers up (which is noticed by the sound of the engine rpms increasing.) During on-line mode this problem does not exist.  This may occur in other planes, but it is the first that I have noticed.

Problem does exist online or did last time  i checked.

I noticed that to. I managed to get off the ground but the engine was very weak. It would pick up power if I dove to pick up speed but drop off as soon as I tried to climb and speed dropped.
