many of you have complained about frame rates and such with your aging pc's.
the truth is..it wont cost that much to upgrade your current system.
Celeron 300a is going for around 50 bucks
TnT 1 video cards for under 100 bucks
Abit Bx6 (or newer) motherboards bout 80 bucks
atx case, 60 bucks
Ram..64 megs pc100 80? bucks (its gone up alot lately)
Bottom line for under $400 bucks you can have a whole new blazing gaming rig.
You can use your old cdrom,hard drives, soundcards ect..(unless some of it is built on the motherboard)
The pricing is actually less than I have quoted. Check it out.
Personally I couldnt imagine getting 5-7 fps in a sim like this..would be pure misery.
