Beta 24 CV bugs

ATI 9800 Pro 128 with Cat 3.9
WinXP Pro DX9.0b



Issues:
1. Graphical anomalies with ships. The part under the water (very technical term) is visible at long range but not at short range. Various interior components of the CV (hangar targets) visible through the deck and sides.








2. Arrestor hooks don't. I tested all CV planes in alphabetical order (just a tad anal?) and the tailhook does nothing even when a nice 3 point landing is executed in the wire area.

3. Wheels spin on stationary airplanes on the deck.

4. The engine produces thrust instantly, bypassing the startup sequence, if E is pressed rapidly 3 times.

5. TBM's still disabled! Did the flight model bug get fixed?

6. It is possible to fire torpedos while sitting on the deck. If the CV turns before the torpedos hit the bow of the ship, they'll go streaking off to cause chaos and destruction. I think it should only be possible to fire torpedos while in flight. (Maybe cause them to dud if they hit the water with less than 50mph forward velocity?)

7. I tried to ram a CV with a PT... there was a bump and I was inside the CV. Another bump and I was outside undamaged.
