Have you seen F-86 with Israeli Markings in Internet?
I've seen - there were F-86s with IAF markings ready to be brought to Israel however they were not........

I've also seen that 2 IAF F-15 had air to air vitories in 2002 or something like that when shut down 2 Syrian MiG-29...........

Belive me they didn't..........

This is the link to offisial
IAF Site

English version is not full but anyway P-40 were not in IAF.

<>
Also you can find lot of information

Sorry "Pap" ol boy but the Israeli deals to procure P-40s and A-20s fell through. I'm sure they were cool pictures and all ....

Maybe they were in that swastika book. ;)

Acepappy,
The Isrealies had numerous aircraft ordered but all of them were halted due to politics. What aircraft they got were smuggled in or purchased from third world countries. They had many orderefd from the US but the US government stoped the orders.

Pappy! :) Planes being contracted for foreign purchase are painted in the states before they ship. The P-40s were a deal that got axed ... nixed .... hatcheted ... tsures .... tsimmes ... before they ever got shipped, my meshuganah friend. :D

The Czecks were one of the few countires that sold fighters to Israel, hence the 109s. The Spits I beleive were aquired through various methods.

...Interestingly enough, my dad owned an example of the floatplane (a Seabee), pictured above. We almost died in it in 1979, on a flight out of Campbell River, B.C. the pilot took off on a check flight and didn't realise the prop pitch had not been serviced. He couldnt get the prop to pitch properly (lack of grease), and although we had rpm, we didnt have thrust. We took 20 feet off an alder tree on the way back to the airport. I was 13. Scared the living s*** out of me. We hit numerous trees on the bottom of the a/c, and the only reason we didnt die was because it was a pusher, with the prop at the back.

It kills troops on the ground well doesnt it Hawk? Your just mad because one guy defending a base against your whole squad made you do a second C47 run. You and your milkrunning squad need to get over it. You got 5 free vulch kills out of it anyway so whats the big deal? If it makes you feel any better, I did the exact same thing to JG3 when they were trying to capture last time we had this map, so your in good company, only they would have done it with half the guys you had.

I havent heard you complain that the G6 is a VASTLY higher performance plane than the S199, why is that? Like I told you in the arena the other night, by all rights the 109E should be used for the S199, not the G6.

Well grits I had fun today while all you guys were at work. Many bases were captured or reset but I took 32, 33, and 34 (I was Egyptian)just so I could then take a P-51D and attacked them back but not capture. This is the "Gaza Strip" if you are trying to figure out why. That was fun. Oh well, I know you dont care.

Capture should still be extreamly limited. ...and no I wasnt mad that you were spawning an A20 and killing troops by simply pulling your trigger...it just gave me more kills killing you. I didnt mind :rofl

You are really begining to fit into the axis crowd, congradulations:eek:

BTW I have been trying to tell the allied guys (Israel) to stop capturing the bases so the Spit14 will be close to the fight...duh, stupid allies!

On further reflection today Hawk, I feel that I owe you and VMF-312 an apology.

First, who am I to say how you have fun or criticize your gameplay?

Second (and most important), the bases you captured had no ill effect on anyone elses gameplay. A wise fellow on my side at the time even said "Grits, leave them alone, they are not hurting anything by taking those bases" good advice which unfortunately I didnt listen too, and I got all fired up over nothing.

I know the feeling well. In the first Burma with Niki's and P38's, axis guys were rolling the allies up into a corner (you probably remember that), and I was BEGGING them not take any more bases, but they just ignored me.

Please accept my apology, and suffice it to say, you wont wont hear me complain or critizice you or VMF-312 again.
