From what I and others testing beta 25 and 26 have gathered. There seems to be a problem with strat (or maybe it's an arena setting problem) at some bases for all sides.
Some examples: Rooks can't launch planes from cv's they show as disabled as if all fighter hangars, ord, and fuel were destroyed on a land base.
Update: Bish cv 31 ONLY can launch planes but only with 25% fuel and no ord as if the cv is "porked".
Knight cv's work fine.
