i have recently started a new squad which will hopefully encompass all aspectsof aces high. i have been told that starting a squad is the hardest thing to do so fingers crossed on this one

Its simple: no rule, no leaders, all have privilages, who cares about scores, no terms or small print, no plane sets, no orders, NO DRAMA QUEENS!!!

So, if like me, you are tierd of the seemingly obligatory drama and fight for power that racks many a squad into tourmoil, then give one of the *FAF* (lol) members a shout and we will paint your plane.

all friendlies and noble foe alike   come one, come all
JOIN THE FREEROLE ASUALT FORCE and put the fun back into your game :cool:

As you have learned:

1. [/B] ** doesn't work   in a title to a thread.

2. Even done correctly it still won't work.

3. Then you learned if you mess up, you can't delete the thread.

4. Having learned that, I wish you well with your squad. Fun squads are...fun.

When they provide minimum wage, a 401K and a dental plan, the saluting kind might have some merit.

Without the bennies, they're just wound too tight for most.

mechanic you potentially have one of the hardest squads to maintain. Unless you know the guys your inviting you dont know how they will react under different circumstances. Human nature will take over eventually after the introductions are over. A little structure is key in a squad, people like to be lead and will soon become bored of random flying around. My C.O. is DH367th and he is a ruthless evil man who makes me...err. Anyway good luck bro!

Mac, I have to agree with jaxo on that one....before *NDM* It was as you described....you put nothing in....you get nothing out, it's just like when I was a lone wolf, just another individual. It will become apparent to you over time as your own squadies won't even give you a check 6. At the end of the day im happy as a lone wolf, and most effective.
squad society always gets me down in the end.
i have just created a name for pilots to fly under, i never get check 6s from anyone anyway (apart from a few of the good guys)
and who knows, as this developes i might become a power hungry maniac with blood lust in my eyes and corperal punishment for all before me, mwaaahahaha.....haha..whaha.. ......MWWAAHHAHAHAHAHA!:mad:the guys in the squad already are nice chaps and i will enjoy flying with them in unity or tout seule.
