No real wisdom to impart.  I will say, there is always a leader...whether assumed, perceived or given or taken.  Consensus never works.  As one of your countries great former Prime Ministers said: "Consensus is the abdication of leadership."  Nature abhors a vaccum and a squad without leadership will fall apart.  So, since you started it, you have the vision behind it, you are the man :aok

Damn it!!  the nasty dead men are the best of all people i have ever met in this insane, life destroying, online combat simulator! these guys will continue to be an inspiration to how i might present myself in my years to come.

NDM, i will fly with you guys anytime and give my virtual life to save yours everytime the oppertunity arises

(this is not an arse kissing or an attempt to be a little teachers pet, these guys have always given a dumb old brit the time of day and i mean all that i say with sincerity.)

NDM gets to be the best because the people in it work as hard as possible to make the mission work.  The team is the most important part.


I've been in many (Non AH) squads that fall apart because the people don't want to work together or claim to be a bunch of lone wolfs.  It's just not much fun when you want your squad to succeed, but no one wants to work together.
