Fixed a CTD bug caused by moving to a gunner position.
Fixed a bug that sometimes caused a blue screen after bringing up AH from a minimized condition.
Changed the default object size setting to increase object visibility distance.
Fixed a bug in the flight model that could cause incorrect performance. Most notably affected was the C-47 which was getting a much too large power increase at the wep setting.
