We are looking for some new squad members who like to kick butt and have fun at the same time. Pappy, Missile and I have been flying as a squad for over five years in Air Warrior and our last unit in AW3 had over 30 members. Our Main Focus is to have fun but also run very organized missions on set nights. We have a simple formula that works.
Our squad is not based on ranks (little pattons as i call it) it is based on team effort. A team leader is picked by vote each month to run daily squad ops. Each squad night a CO is picked by the team leader and he runs the show with his mission that they have designed. The whole idea is to give everyone time in the hot seat so to speak to take charge and run it the way they see it. Sometimes it looks good on paper but it dont allways work!!!
So many time I have heard "I COULD RUN THINGS BETTER" this way you have a chance to PROVE IT!:EEK:
