Bastards, cowardly, rotten bastards.

If this is supposed to scare Westerners into leaving Iraq, the people who do this kind of thing have a lot to learn about Western society.

It really isn't supposed to drive the west from the middle east. These people like to kill, maim and terrorize. One of these days, people will learn to see terrorists for what they are, people who hate anyone not EXACTLY like them, and who live for the express purpose of killing, maiming and torturing those they hate, for whatever reason they decide to hate them. Were they by some weird circumstance able to cause the west to abandon the middle east, they'd find someone else to hate and terrorize, or they'd try to come to the west and continue. Probably both.

Koreans know how to play hardball. These Islamic extremists just made one more enemy they will regret having in the long run.

More melodrama and empty-headed bravado.

Are you describing this brutal beheading? Or perhaps your belittling those who are angered by it? Maybe if it was your son/brother/father you could work up a little indignation?

Spoken from experience apparently.  Just because BudMillerCoors are from the US doesnt mean that American beer is all the same.  There are plenty of American beers that are a lot better than the massively produced swill from BudMillerCoors.

And this doesnt really belong in this thread anyways.

I think if I was related to someone in that situation your empathetic rage would be a tad patronising and might earn you a STFU. But that's just me.

I think you would be out for blood and happy to have along anyone else angered by this assault. It is directed at all countries there.

And I'm pretty sure that's not just me.

Thanks for making my mind up there. Was in dire need of your guidance.

Self-gratification through anger is a common theme around here. I wonder why that is?

This Korean died a horrible death. Happens day in day out all around the world... someone points a camera at the action and suddenly the act is the crime of the century. I'm sure the perpetrators will get their come uppance one way or the other... and your 'support through rage' scheme will be neither here nor there.

It has nothing to do with self gratification. But then I'd hardly expect you to understand that.

It also has nothing to do with a camera being pointed at it. But then I'd hardly expect you to understand that either.

It has every thing to do with justifiable anger and disgust at the murder of an unarmed civilian by a bunch of craven gutless cowards, for simply trying to help free a nation ( he was working with/for a company that supplied U.S. troops). Not that I expect you to grasp that concept at all.

I seriously doubt anyone here has any intentions or hope of making up your mind, or guiding you at all. Some things are an exercise in futility.

You keep saying "rage". I am angered at the brutal murder of this Korean. I want the bastards that did it dead. I did live in South Korea for a year and did make many friends there. I can empathize with the family I saw stricken with pain and grief over the loss of their loved one. Have you no empathy at all?

I also know that Koreans have a history of fighting brutally. This will most certainly raise the level of national anger towards Islamic extremists. Not everyone is so coldy rational as you.
