Yup your right straffo, but as we only have a Typhoon listed and the only difference really is the panel layout for the car door version it shouldn't be a problem.
White nose was an attempt to distinguish them from FW190s, along with lower ID stripes (not D-Day) stripes.
The spinner isn't sky, its white. Seen references with sky spinners as early as 1943. But have also seen black, red, yellow and in one case a blue spinner.
Would welcome your panel lines though staffo or replicant , can't seem to find any decent ref material on the web.
