Well, you've already been proven to be wrong on this assumption in at least once case, for the whole Voss affair happened while I was on hiatus from flight sims. So your blanket remark is completely useless, baseless, and hopeless.

As for online personas, while many of us do exagerate in some areas, most people I've met in my 17 years of being involved in this genre do not outright lie. If anyone has been lying it has been you - you lied when you said I was taken in by Voss.

You are indeed a most vapid twit.

And that's no lie.

... except that the seal in the cartoon is at least bright enough to know he's in trouble.

Calling Voss a "little guy"...are you referring to his stature or some other feature of him that you are intimately familiar with?

Although metatard averaged more than 2 hours a day in the last tour he has not flown a single second in the current tour. Now that his identitywas made known he's crawled back under that rock. But I'd bet he's already back with a new identity. So how do we identify him?

Maybe we can get someone with access to the subscriber database to help...HT, you still following this mess?

Look for someone you've never heard of being followed and revered by a group of relatively new and inexperienced people.

As a matter of fact we (I can say we here?) generally think just that. I think we've come to accept that people exaggerate certain facets of thier real life personae in order to be "interesting" or "colorfull",  but I can assure you that the sim community that *I* know about detests liers and downright HATES people who lie for money.

For example when you said you were busy with work, I BELIEVED you, even though I first thought that you merely went away because you had enough beating for one lifetime.  Now why don't you go have a long listen to Motley Clue for a while and try to figgure out *which* facet of your real life personae it is *you've* exaggerated.

(Hint, it's the part you wipe)

Quite honestly ... I don't think it's worth the effort of a witch hunt. Voss is Voss and will inevitably show his colors under whatever new identity he chooses. Give it time and he shoots himself in the foot. Granted, there will probably be some unsuspecting players caught in the middle of the clubbing but the wiser ones learn from it and the ones that share Voss's total lack of values or common sense needed a swift dozen kicks anyhow.
