I was in a gunner position of the last of my 17s on the way to the water in flames.... I press enter x3 _right_ before impact - the animation was just starting for the bail, but it didn't complete before I hit the water and received the "you crashed" message and associated kill message. I was simultaneously sent back to hanger and saw the 17 parked there for a split second before it automatically bailed me again from the hangered 17!?!? - resulting in another explosion and crashed/killed message.(different killer, prox possibly) There were now 4 "killed" messages in the text buffer for a 3 plane flight. Lesson - dont bail I guess... =)
