White w/ green and red blocks

Just dl'ed latest drivers, DX9 and AHII. I can start AHII, login and configure the different settings fine. However, if i click offline or one of the arena buttons online, the clipboard pops up-sort of. There's a white clipboard shape with green and red blocks and the cursor is a white block. If I click somewhere on the "clipboard" the screen changes to an incomplete cockpit with red blocks "flying" across a blue "sky". This happens in all resolutions.
Here's system specs:

Athlon XP 2600+
ECS KT600-A mobo
Win XP Pro
30 gig HD
SIS 315 64MB graph card(suprisingly supports T&L)

Whaddaya think? DX9 support?

The SiS chips claim hardware T&L support, but it is broken.  SiS has never been able to get it working properly.  You can try the latest video driver for the SiS video chip, but I am skeptical it can be made to work.
