I get this error now every time I run AcesHigh 2 now.
3DERR_INVALIDCALL in a pop up window.

Happens after varying lengths of time (2-10 minutes) after getting into the game.
ATI 9500 Pro (128M) Cat 4.6
512 textures
check box for preloading checked
