We really need a BBS primer. People can go to the help forum for ACM and BFM help, but people come onto this board cold.
Its a game, and on the BBS we use RCM's (rhetorical combat maneuvers) and LFM's (logical fallacy maneuvers). Instead of split s's we have spllit hairs, high horse insted of high yo yo, and double entendre instead of double immelman.

Beware of overshoots. A classic overshoot is something like..
"I'm chassing a p51 at 350 IAS in a spit, and he drops flaps, but when I try, mine don't work!" There you are dangling in the wind.
Or, "So what, you find expensing taxes on a web site or something?" "Oh, Im sorry. Haven't you ever seen expense used as a verb?" - again dangling in the wind.
We don't have rope a dope but we have hook the dope (also known as trolls).
Then we have hoards - just like in the MA. Rest assured, *ANY* post by an HTC employee is surrounded by a hoard wating to pounce on ya! Dont know why, maybe little monkey syndrome
