I've also owned two of the cars on the list.  I've never paid more than half of the premiums they show there, and that was only after getting a series of speeding tickets.

I have one, and pay $800 something for it.  My limits arent't that high though, and I fight every ticket.  I think I've been to traffic school about 6 times.

Acura TSX - 2300 a year on a dividend policy which you pay 2800 initially but get a refund check for the difference after 12 months. Through Amica.

Those sound like Miami, Florida premiums arguably the highest in the country.
