The sound is the theme track for the SHII:Pacific Aces player developed mod and was created by "Horsa." I was having a helluva time trying to crunch it to work smoothly on dialup then I decided to look at the properties of the BigBand wavs I downloaded and voila' ... the save as format makes all the difference.
