Electra Glide in Black Cherry?
« on: August 16, 2004, 09:41:15 PM »
The Super Glide I rode for the past year has been a great scooter in a lot of ways. Room wasn't it's forte so I upgraded to this new 2005 FLHT/I Electra Glide Standard. It has a beautiful black base coat with dark cherry colored metal flake that really looks good in the sunlight. The pictures don't really do it justice. I call it the Geezermobile :). Enjoy...

And of course a picture of the old geezer hisself on the hawg...

My best friend just bought the twin to that bike Friday. It is gorgeous in person, you're right, the pics don't do it justice.

Nice bike. Noticed the H-D edition F150 in the driveway, too.

Have I ever mentioned I hate you?;)

rpm, the truck is the King Ranch edition, not the Harley. Wanted the Harley version but couldn't find one when I bought this one. Don't hate me, just get old and finally buy what you always wanted, like I did :)

Mark,
Beautiful Bike! Don't let Badger or Lepaul see this, he'll think you need attention because you're in love with your new toy ;)

I love the color, does mama ride too?

Excellent, and congrats!

lol...if I "dropped" a bike that size I'm not sure I could get it upright again without help.

Nice Bike, Yard, Home and Pickup Truck.  Do you guys have termites in Texas?  The reason why I ask is because you have mulched the planters and newly spawned queens will flock to the mulch.  I suggest you use a weed liner and decorative stone in the planters abutting the residence.  Gotta love the Scott's turfbuilder!!  Real neat and orderly I love that.

Mama used to ride with me a lot, in the 70's. We went down at over 65mph and her enthusiasm has waned a bit. She said she will ride with me some, but doesn't feel as comfortable on a scooter anymore.

There are termites in Texas but the biggest problem I had was with wood ants and the local bug guy got rid of them for me.
