Very good, but it could use some weathering (I'm sure you just haven't gotten around to that yet).  Also, the panel lines look a little blurry and large, but I'm guessing it's because of the jpeg and cowl stretching.  Awesome work cit!

I love it Cit, but...

The Allied marking is colored a solid color.  From what I read about the spits, they were made in Britain with Russian specifications, so the British markings werent just paint overs.  I dont know about P-40s, but I dont think they were paint overs either.  Dont take my word on it, but it may be worth looking into.

Or it could also be a P-40 thing and not be able to fix it... :D

A lot of the early Spit Vs sent to Russia were definately war wearies that had been rebuilt so the RAF markings were painted over.

Lots of the later lend lease stuff was painted specific for the Russians, but the early stuff was more of what could be redirected at the time.  Kinda like the Flying Tiger P40s being originally for the RAF but diverted etc.
