Ever Been this much strife on the BBS?

:confused: I have been kickin around AH since the demise of AW in 2001 But I really can't remember this much strife on the BBS,
Alot of changes going on now and even HT has joined in the fray.
can anyone remember this many locked theads or Flames about so many topics?
some of the old guard may  remember a more turbulent time in AH, was there a time of more strife in AH? enquiering minds want to know!:eek: < we need spell check on the BBS>:p

I went looking for this strife of which you speak... all I encountered were a lot of posts which say

Let's see ...

When the new bomb site was introduced.

Pizza has always been good for much whining.

Base spacing ranks up there with Pizza.

When AH II went live ... ooo that generated as many if not more stife than the ENY disabler ... funny ... don't hear much about it anymore.

Now .. tada ... the ENY disabler !!! THE HORROR

Awwwwww, poor Lazs. :) I still say we should keep small maps with fields close together, as long as we can also have maps like Trinity & Pizza.

Hell just have all the runway ends touching, would save a lot of time.
Of course would have to disable ack or the AI would rack up the kills lol.
But would it be classed as vulching, killing a plane on runway with another plane on runway hmmmm.

There used to be a LOT of very unpleasant Dar whining (mostly focusing on how guys with suprior abilities needed the ability to sneak up on some on) before the advent of the CT; and there used some nasty farmboi/luftwhiner fights; but they seem to have calmed down these days.

yeah... right nb... everyone loves long flights to nowhere in order to do nothing.   Seems even the infinity map had to make a few concessions eh?   or, are you really that concerned with how I feel about things?
