HTML question

I've uploaded a lengthy film to my homepage, but I don't know the code to actually "enable" it or allow people to view it. I'd like to able to provide it as a clickable URL in emails, bbs, etc. The file size is about 100 meg and is an mpeg format. Anyone help me out here?

You can either embed it in a page(not reccomended), or you can just do this:

[a href="themovie.mpg"]The Movie[/a]

That will make a link to the file on your webpage.  I would also reccomend putting the following text under it:
"right click and "Save As" for the movie"

For clickable emails, etc, just put this in the email:

http://www.yourhomepage/themoviefile.mpg
