Oye! Weatherbug is the biggest piece of steaming **** software, hell with shutting it down, you need to reformat and get that crap off your computer.

Let's see:

OsaFindFast is a Microsoft Office "find forms fast" auto-indexer. You can remove this.

StiMon is the Windows component that monitors the scanner (or other image capture device), and any buttons you may have on your scanner, to see if it should interface the device to TWAIN. Assuming you aren't capturing images during flying, you can disable this.

QTTask is the Quicktime monitor in the taskbar tray. You can DEFINATELY remove this.

I don't recognize the others, but you can always Google them and see what they are.

Thats what I was gonna say, exactly.

I've had good luck with a program called "Tweakitall" for many years. I use it to remove autolaunch programs (from registry/INI/startup/etc.), particularly those that put themselves back in like realplayer update, grrrrr.

rundll32.exe is another bad one.  It is there due to some DLL spyware/malware programs running in the background that do not show up in the process list.

looks like 2 of those malwares/processes (or perhaps a virii) are

Pjjtefgt3
4czzw

needs to run a spyware and virus check for sure.

from that list only these *need* to be running:

Explorer
Swtrayv4 (and even this is optional for pure computer function)
Systray
